Q: I did not receive the report.
A: You will need to have a local copy of a word processing program installed in order to open and view the document. The report is password protected, which means that some programs will not be able to open it since they are not equipped to handle password protected .doc files. This includes online offering like Google Docs and Microsoft Word Online. The following programs should be able to open the file and accept the password:

A: Please contact support at 1-844-427-2463 or at support@brainfx.com to book a time. You will need to provide your name, CBA number, clients initials and date of assessment in order to get your password. We will not give out passwords via email, only over the phone.

A: If you click the back button in the assessment window, it will take you back to the page before. You can then try reconnecting to the internet. Once you do, you can click the next button at the bottom to continue the assessment. If you are not able to connect to the internet, you will not be able to continue with the assessment.
A: There is currently no method to pause or stop the assessment. If your client needs a break, you can note it in the comments section of the assessment. If you need to stop the assessment, you may either close the window or continue through the assessment and skip answering the sections. Closing the window will erase all collected results.
A: Yes, you can skip questions in the assessment. You can just click the next button at the bottom of the question page.
A: You will have to use your word processing program to do this. Once you open the document, you should have option in the File menu to either save as a PDF or to print the document using the Print to PDF option.
A: Yes, you can. If you click the previous button at the bottom of the question page, it will take you to the previous question and should save the results on the current page.
